My Onelog is the dashboard which showcases your electronic library services.  It is designed to save valuable time by making critical information available in a single screen.  In addition to accessing your resources, My Onelog allows you to log queries via our new research request module, receive live news feeds, retrieve personal passwords and gain access to usage statistics.

Centrally manage user’s online passwords

The Password Management module extends the capabilities of Onelog so it can manage logon credentials for online resources. Onelog supports a multitude of password scenarios, matching the distinct authentication methods you can experience with different web resources. This complexity is hidden from users for ease of use, e.g. if you have a firm-wide password they need never know what it is.

Validation of client case/matter numbers 

Adding the Chargeback module to a Onelog system allows you to ask users to allocate the use of the resource to a client. You can then see who research is being performed for and can subsequently use that information to charge for usage. A number of safety mechanisms are in place to ensure accurate assignment of use by the user.

Direct users to appropriate content 

The Web Control Module allows you to take control over access to web resources. You may want to prevent access to a resource completely or simply display a notification message about its use. Onelog is available on iPhone, iPad, Mac computers, Android phones and tablets, Windows phones, tablets and desktop. While convenient and simple for users the Mobile module also extends the reporting capabilities of Onelog. This allows better business decisions based on real mobile usage data.
