- So far ITS has not encountered any web-resources that Onelog cannot connect to and monitor. As a result we believe that Onelog can manage anything that runs in a web-browser!

- No, Onelog allows unlimited resources to be managed by the system. There are no licensing restrictions or added costs if the number of managed resources were to increase.
- Does Onelog use its own browser?
- From Onelog X8 onwards the solution uses Internet Explorer 6 or higher and Firefox.
- Does Onelog support tabbed browsing?
- Yes, Onelog supports tabbed browsing in Internet Explorer 7 or higher.
- Does Onelog work with Citrix?
- Yes, Onelog is compatible with Citrix Metaframe, Presentation Server, XenApp, XenDesktop and Windows Terminal Server.
- What web server does Onelog use?
- Onelog X8 onwards uses Internet Information Server running on Windows 2003 Server and higher.
- Is Onelog a proxy server solution?
- No, Onelog is not a proxy server solution. It uses the internet connection available on the user’s computer to connect to web-based resources.
- Can the Onelog modules be purchased separately?
- Yes, with the base product Onelog Track you can add any additional modules your organisation needs.
- What database management system (DBMS) does Onelog use?
- Onelog X8 onwards uses Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and higher.
